MD
Arbi Ohanian, MD, is a board-certified neurologist specializing in vascular and stroke care. He holds a medical degree from the USC Keck School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship training at UCLA.
TYLER CHEUNG,
MD
Dr. Cheung is a board-certified neurologist with a focus on Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. He completed his medical training in Albany, NY and Boston, MA, and completed two fellowships in movement disorders and deep brain stimulation.
Adena Shahinian,
DO
Dr. Shahinian is a board certified neurologist specializing in Epilepsy. Her goal is to provide exceptional neurologic care to the community. She completed her fellowship training in epilepsy at USC.
Holly Edge-Booth, Ph.D
Holly Edge-Booth, Ph.D. is a clinical neuropsychologist with specialized training in the science of brain behavior relationships in adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.

Yafa Minazad, DO, holds a medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences. She completed her residency at LAC+USC Medical Center and a neurophysiology fellowship at Huntington Memorial Hospital.
Kasalyn Thuvolmontolrat, DNP, RN, AGACNP-BC
Kasalyn is a board-certified nurse practitioner working in General Neurology. Prior to nursing, she was a research technician with the Maternal, Child, Adolescent/Adult Center for Infectious Diseases at LAC-USC Medical Center, focusing on AIDS/HIV mother-to-child transmission.
WAEL EL-NACHEF, MD PHD
Dr. El-Nachef is a physician-scientist who is a board-certified gastroenterologist with a clinical focus on neurogastroenterology and GI motility disorders. While on faculty at UCLA, Dr. El-Nachef founded a clinic exclusively dedicated to patients with Parkinson’s disease suffering from gastrointestinal issues.
Katie Troxell, PHD
Katie Troxell obtained a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis in clinical neuropsychology at Palo Alto University. She obtained specialty training in neuropsychology during her doctoral program at the Veterans Administration, Kaiser, and UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience, where she also developed a passion for working with geriatric populations.
Edgar Olivas,

Edgar Olivas, MD is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty in vascular neurology. His motivation to seek a career in Vascular Neurology was fueled by his desire to help people and his curiosity of the brain.
Naveetha Nandakumar, DO
Dr. Naveetha Nandakumar is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty training in neurocritical care. Originally from New York, she earned her undergraduate degree in neuroscience and mathematics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her medical degree at Touro University California in the San Francisco Bay Area.
